  • The trial fee is non-refundable. However, if you accept the position in the team you are offered, the trial fee will serve as a first membership fee instalment.

  • Athletes are required to attend a minimum of 1 trial session, however athletes are encouraged to attend both sessions to ensure selectors can accurately grade players into the correct team.

  • Athletes must arrive to the venue 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the session to check-in and register their attendance.

  • Athletes will be assessed based on a number of selection criteria and as fairly as possible. You will be placed in the highest division possible depending on the number of players and teams the club is able to nominate.

  • Interested players who are unable to attend these trial sessions can register by emailing and notifying us regarding your availability. You will then be invited to one of our training sessions if there are still available positions for the WAVL teams, this will be your trial session.

  • Following the completion of each trial period, athletes will be emailed with selection information and details regarding training for the squad or team they have been selected in.

  • Once you have been offered and accepted a position in one of the teams, you are required to purchase a Gold membership with UVCWA which will include your Game day T-Shirt and a minimum of Platinum membership with VWA which includes player insurance.

  • Athletes will be emailed to confirm the venue for training days and times.

  • Go to the merchandise shop and purchase your game day kit.
