Junior / beginner training with Cris!

Our Friday nights training is back And we kicked off with Cris and the junior/beginner class. We did some leg work, drills, practiced serving and played a match. We limited the number to a maximum of 18 to make sure we can give enough attention and coaching time for each individual. 8 more sessions for the rest of the year.
